Fantastic Outside IR35 remote opportunity for a Business Analyst to help turn website traffic into revenue for a well-known global brand.

This role will sit within a digital product team, focused on how visitors discover, browse, and interact with web content - and how that engagement leads to registrations, transactions, and sales.

You will be working on large-scale web and content transformations that turn traffic and engagement into revenue.

You'll be the bridge between product, engineering, UX and content - shaping how a global brand delivers high-performance, data-driven web experiences.

You will work on high-impact, ecommerce-style web projects, including:

• Redesigning and re-platforming key pages
• Enhancing content and department pages to drive deeper engagement and revenue-related actions
• Analysing web journeys, drop-off points, and conversion funnels
• Turning business and ecommerce goals into clear user stories and requirements
• Partnering with Product, Design, Engineering, and Marketing to ship improvements
• Supporting UAT and ensuring changes deliver real, measurable impact

We are looking for a BA with strong ecommerce or web product experience, used to working on customer-facing sites where engagement and revenue really matter.
