In this role you would be working very closely with the commercial team, focused on supporting the team with data analysis, reporting and performance insights, in particular looking at success factors, lead times, sales volumes etc. Your main focus will be around building and maintaining dashboards, analysis of sales performance and helping teams use data more effectively. Additionally, you'll be working across the wider commercial teams and providing Salesforce support, so it's a necessity that you have great communication skills as well as Salesforce (or similar CRM) knowledge.
