About the role As a Public Cloud Second Line Engineer, you’ll provide advanced, customer‑facing technical support across Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 within a managed services environment. Desktop Technician will provide day to day local/remote desktop support, receive inbound calls, answer questions, troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software and application issues in a ticketing system. IT Administrator - Luxury Hospitality Full-time The Opportunity An opportunity has arisen for an IT Administrator to join a luxury hospitality estate. This is a hands-on role supporting day-to-day IT operations across a multi-site environment including hotel, spa, and guest-facing services. You will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of IT systems across the estate, supporting both staff and guest technology in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
