You'll handle incidents and service requests, troubleshoot issues, and aim for first-call resolution wherever possible. The role also involves asset management, software licencing, and supporting IT projects such as device refresh and provisioning. Occasional travel between sites may be required, so a driving licence is essential.
What you'll need to succeed
