About the Opportunity
Capital Outsourcing Group is expanding our team of skilled Fibre Engineers to support major national FTTP projects on the Openreach network. If you have hands-on FTTP experience, we can offer immediate starts, long-term work, and strong earning potential.

What You ll Be Doing

• Installing, testing, and signing off fibre installations

• Completing fibre fault diagnostics and repairs at customer premises

• Working both overhead (poles) and underground (ducts)

• Using smart tech to follow work packs and complete job documentation

• Delivering high-quality work to safety and compliance standards

• Working independently and as part of a wider field team

What We re Looking For

• Experience working on the Openreach FTTP network

• Comfortable working outdoors and at height (up to approx. 15m)

• Strong problem-solver with good attention to detail

• Full UK manual licence (held 12+ months, max 6 points)

• Ideally held: SA001, SA002, SA020, SA029, Streetworks 01, E1, F5, F17, C4
  (Expired? We ll retrain you free)

• Experience with CityFibre is also welcomed
