Technical Support Engineer - Mac/PC

Devonshire Hayes has partnered with a great company and they're looking for a talented Apple Mac / PC Support Analyst for an initial 4 month contract. You will be tasked with the following,

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to engage with users confidently.
• Solid understanding of IT fundamentals (Windows, macOS, mobile devices, networking basics).
• Familiarity with ITSM tools, preferably ServiceNow.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Positive, proactive, and adaptable to changing priorities.
