We are creating a new Head of Digital & CRM role at the heart of Egis' global marketing transformation. This is a rare opportunity to shape how a world-class engineering consultancy connects with its clients in a digital-first world.
Job Description
Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Head of Digital & CRM will define and deliver Egis' global digital marketing and client engagement strategy - building the platforms, data insights and experiences that bring our brand to life and demonstrate our impact on the pipeline.
You will lead the evolution of Egis' digital ecosystem - from website and social media to marketing automation, analytics and CRM - ensuring a seamless and measurable client journey. Working closely with Business Development, IT and regional marketing teams, you'll embed a culture of digital excellence and data-driven decision-making across the organisation.
This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role for someone who wants to build, not just run, a best-in-class digital function, creating the infrastructure, tools and insights that will power Egis' next chapter of growth.
