Experience required:

• Proven track record of leading agile delivery across multiple teams or business areas.

• Hands-on experience supporting teams in complex, regulated, or enterprise-scale environments.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to build trust and influence senior stakeholders.
