SAP HCM Techno Functional Consultant
Location: Hatfield
Start Date: ASAP - end of this year
Rate: £675 per day (Outside)
We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Techno Functional Consultant to join a leading IT services organisation on a contract basis. This is a hands-on delivery role requiring deep expertise in SAP HCM On-Premise and SuccessFactors Employee Central.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver end-to-end project activities including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment
- Collaborate with HR business teams to capture requirements and design effective SAP-based solutions
- Develop and manage integrations between SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and third-party tools
- Conduct workshops, prepare functional specifications, and ensure alignment with best practices
- Work closely with developers to ensure technical delivery meets business needs
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration and configuration issues
- Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities
Skills & Experience Required:
- Certification in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors modules
- Strong functional and technical knowledge of PA, OM, Payroll, Time Management, CATS, and Integrations
- Hands-on configuration experience in SAP Payroll (Gross/Net) and Time Management
- Ability to debug and enhance ABAP programs, user exits, BAdIs, and reports
- Experience with Web Services (SOAP, OData) and file-based integrations (CSV, XML)
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proven record of delivering multiple end-to-end SAP HCM and SuccessFactors projects
