The Business Development team are a front-line team, looking to convert as many prospective/cold leads and their efforts are instrumental in the growth of this thriving business. Through targeted outreach, strategic follow-ups, and personalised engagement, the Business Development team strives to turn every lead into a satisfied and loyal client.
This is a full-time office-based position, and the hours of work are 08:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities for Business Development Executive
- Developing and growing sales across the UK region.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Identifying new business opportunities, partnerships, affiliates and markets.
- Providing product knowledge and support to prospective and existing clients.
- Working closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure sales strategies align with overall business goals.
- Managing sales pipelines, reporting progress, and meeting targets.
- Contributing ideas and strategies for regional sales development.
Skills and Experience required for Business Development Executive
- Previous experience in regional sales, account management, or business development is essential.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and trustworthy.
- Strong sales and business development skills with a proven track record.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities.
