Laravel Developer

Our client, a rapidly scaling organisation revolutionising the entertainment and membership industry, is looking for a talented Back-End Web Developer to join their team. With exciting growth plans for 2025/6, including the launch of a white-label version of their platform, this is an opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects involving platform development, multi-instance functionality, and advanced permissions systems.

You'll play a pivotal role in building robust, efficient back-end systems and ensuring seamless scalability while collaborating on innovative features to enhance the user experience.

This position is being offered on a hybrid working basis, with 3 days (Mon, Wed, Fri) in the office and 2 days remote

As a Back End Developer You Will:

• Develop scalable back-end systems to support white-label platform deployments.
• Build and maintain functionality for multi-instance platforms and permission-based user access.
• Optimise database queries for performance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with front-end developers and product teams to deliver a seamless user experience.
• Work with payment and subscription systems, ensuring smooth integration and security.
• Contribute to infrastructure planning to support future platform growth.

What We're Looking For:

• Core Skills:
• Expertise in PHP, Laravel, and the LAMP stack.
• Experience in multi-instance platform development and user permissions systems.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, JQuery, and front-end collaboration.
• Solid understanding of HTML/CSS and best practices.
• Proficiency in GitHub and documentation practices.
• Experience with payment or subscription systems.
• Desirable Experience:
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud infrastructure.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello) and design platforms (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD).
• Background in platform scaling and deployment for white-label solutions.
• Qualities:

• Strong communicator and collaborative team player.
