? The Role

As a Salesforce Developer, you'll play a key part in designing, developing, and delivering Salesforce solutions that streamline business processes and improve user experience. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and the wider digital team to bring ideas to life - from custom development and automation through to integration's and optimising existing systems.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Designing and developing custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Components, and Flows

  • Integrating Salesforce with other business systems and third-party platforms

  • Optimising code for performance, scalability, and maintainability

  • Creating and maintaining documentation, technical specs, and training materials

  • Collaborating across teams to translate business requirements into smart technical solutions

  • Staying ahead of the curve with new Salesforce features and best practices

What We're Looking For

We're keen to speak with developers who:

  • Have at least 2 year's hands-on experience working as a Salesforce Developer

  • Are confident working across multiple Salesforce Clouds

  • Have solid experience with Apex, Lightning Components, and App Builder

  • Are comfortable gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions

  • Bring a proactive, problem-solving mindset and a collaborative approach

Additional Salesforce certifications or broader development experience (e.g. .NET, SQL, or SAP) would be a bonus - but what matters most is your drive to learn, your technical curiosity, and your passion for building great solutions.
