(Six Sigma / SAP S/4HANA or ERP business process)

Are you passionate about streamlining processes, driving efficiency, and making real impact through data and design We re looking for a Business Process Improvement Specialist to join our Client s Centre of Process Excellence someone who can turn complexity into clarity and help shape how we work across a global SAP S/4HANA transformation.

What You ll Do

• Deliver process improvement.
• Map, design, and optimize end-to-end business processes across key functions.
• Partner with stakeholders to define requirements, drive change, and ensure process excellence across the SAP landscape.
• Use BPM tools to model and improve process flows that make teams faster and smarter.
• Champion best practices and build a culture of continuous improvement.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in process mapping, analysis, and improvement.
• Good understanding of Lean / Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt or above ideal).
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA or other major ERP transformations.
• Confident facilitator and communicator who can bring people together and make things happen.

Bonus Points

• Experience in Finance, Supply Chain, or Data environments.
• Background in risk, controls, or audit.
• Skilled coach or trainer in process excellence.
