  • Researching, identifying, and engaging potential clients within banking and financial services

  • Building relationships with senior stakeholders through strategic outreach and discovery calls

  • Qualifying prospects to understand business needs and positioning appropriate software solutions

  • Managing and nurturing a targeted pipeline of potential opportunities

  • Working closely with the wider commercial and product teams to support market growth strategy

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in B2B SaaS business development or lead generation

  • Must have a background in financial software or Fintech solutions (selling into banks or financial institutions).

  • Comfortable predominantly working US East Coast hours ( GMT-4) - later starts, later finishes (flexibility where required)
  • Proven ability to build rapport and open new doors at senior levels

  • Strong communication and organisational skills with a consultative approach

  • Resilient, proactive, and motivated by creating new opportunities

  • Based in the UK with flexibility for occasional travel to London

The Offer:

  • £50-60,000 base salary + commission + package

  • Comprehensive benefits including pension, private medical, and life insurance

  • 25 days' holiday

  • Predominantly remote working model with occasional London meetings
