Business Development Manager - Fintech Solutions for US Financial Markets
Location - Predominantly remote, occasional travel to central London when required.
Salary - £50-60,000 base salary + commission + package

As a Business Development Manager, you'll focus on generating new business opportunities within the financial services sector, specifically targeting the US banking market, identifying and engaging key decision-makers to create qualified sales opportunities, build relationships, and book technical discovery calls.
This role suits someone commercially minded, and experienced in consultative outreach within B2B SaaS - particularly selling financial software solutions to banks or investment firms.
What You'll Be Doing:
Researching, identifying, and engaging potential clients within banking and financial services
Building relationships with senior stakeholders through strategic outreach and discovery calls
Qualifying prospects to understand business needs and positioning appropriate software solutions
Coordinating and setting up in-depth meetings and demos for product and sales specialists
Managing and nurturing a targeted pipeline of potential opportunities
Working closely with the wider commercial and product teams to support market growth strategy
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 3 years' experience in B2B SaaS business development or lead generation
Must have a background in financial software or Fintech solutions (selling into banks or financial institutions).
Proven ability to build rapport and open new doors at senior levels
Strong communication and organisational skills with a consultative approach
Resilient, proactive, and motivated by creating new opportunities
Based in the UK with flexibility for occasional travel to London
