Our Watford based client is a trusted global SaaS organisation providing integrated solutions to some of the world's most dynamic industries. With secure technology, robust compliance, and a people-first culture, they believe systems integration should be both bold and responsible and uses its collaborative culture to blend innovation with trusted expertise.
Within its expert services team, there is a need for a hands-on individual with a comprehensive set of skills combining solution architecture, customer engagement and project management. This is a formidable toolkit in any industry but within ITSM, it requires a broad range of experience. I am seeking someone with an indepth understanding of the ITSM landscape and the ability to work at the intersection of clients and third-party suppliers to design and deliver integrated and advanced service management frameworks. The successful candidate will translate unique business needs into operating models built for scalability, compliance, and enterprise-wide agility - but without ever losing sight of the long term value for the customer.
