Key Responsibilities
- Lead QA strategy and planning for Salesforce applications and integrations.
- Develop, implement, and manage test plans, test cases, and automation frameworks.
- Conduct SOQL queries to validate data integrity and test system functionality.
- Perform defect analysis, root cause analysis (RCA), and ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure quality standards.
- Drive training and knowledge-sharing initiatives within the QA team.
