This team partners with government and defence customers to deliver secure, mission-critical software systems and digital transformation programmes at scale.
 You'll work at the heart of complex technology delivery, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to shape requirements, define solutions, and ensure value-driven outcomes.  Key Responsibilities
  - Proactively identify, engage, and manage relationships with key stakeholders across multiple domains.
- Work closely with user communities to understand the drivers behind their requirements and translate these into actionable outcomes.
- Elicit, capture, and elaborate business and technical requirements, maintaining a clear and prioritised product backlog.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and software delivery teams to ensure effective delivery of solutions that meet business needs.
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and customers, ensuring alignment between business intent and technical execution.
- Contribute to shaping project lifecycles from inception to completion, applying systems thinking and agile best practices.
Skills & Experience
  - Proven experience as a Business Analyst within complex, technology-led or national security environments.
- Strong background working within agile delivery teams, enabling high-quality and value-focused outcomes.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to translate business objectives into clear, deliverable requirements without prescribing solutions.
- Strong analytical mindset and systems-thinking approach to problem solving.
