VIQU have partnered with a leading organisation that is looking for a Systems Analyst to join their established team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone with a foundation in IT application or ERP support to build their technical expertise across SQL, reporting, and system configuration, working under the mentorship of a highly experienced senior analyst. This is a hands-on position focused on system support, data analysis, and ERP process improvement. You'll gain exposure to Microsoft Dynamics and other business-critical systems, while contributing to future digital transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities of the Systems Analyst:

• Act as the first point of contact for system and application support queries.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ERP and SQL-related issues in collaboration with senior team members.
• Assist with system configuration, upgrades, and integrations.
• Support data cleansing, validation, and migration activities.
• Write and optimise basic SQL queries and reports to support business operations.
• Collaborate with various departments to document workflows and user guides.
• Contribute to ongoing IT projects, including process automation and system enhancement initiatives.
• Participate in testing, training, and documentation of new system functionality.
• Monitor system performance and escalate technical issues where necessary.

Key Requirements of the Systems Analyst:

• Experience in IT applications or ERP support (2 years minimum).
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts.
• Understanding of ERP systems and key processes (inventory, BOM, work orders).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 (desired)
• Full UK driving licence and ability to commute to the office Warwick.
