Your Mission:

As an AI Analyst, your mission would be to explore the vast landscape of emerging AI technologies and work with in-house teams to identify the most powerful tools to drive the business forward. You will collaborate with teams across the company-from marketing and customer service to logistics and design-to understand their challenges and champion AI-driven solutions that deliver measurable results.

You will help investigate how AI can:

• Power Personalised Marketing at Scale: Develop strategies to personalise outreach and product recommendations across our enormous and diverse UK customer base.
• Enhance Digital Experiences: Explore AI-powered visual search, intelligent chatbots, and generative AI to make our multi-brand platform the most intuitive in the industry.
• Turn Data into Insight: Help analyse complex sales, customer, and market data to uncover trends and provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across the business.
• Unlock Creative Efficiency: Research tools that can generate high-quality visual assets and marketing copy, helping us showcase thousands of products more effectively.

Who You Are:

• An individual with a qualification in a relevant field like Computer Science, Data Science, or Business & Technology.
• Experience of using AI tools to enhance traditional data analysis
• A natural self-starter, endlessly curious about the latest tech trends and their practical applications.
• An analytical problem-solver who can evaluate tools objectively and build a compelling, data-supported business case.
• A confident communicator, able to present your strategic recommendations clearly to senior leaders.
