Job Description

Are you an experienced IT professional looking for an exciting opportunity? Join our dynamic team as a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer on a long-term contract, offering excellent benefits, including 7 weeks of annual leave.

Key Responsibilities

  • Installation and configuration of diverse organisational and educational software.
  • Installation and troubleshooting of computers and network equipment.
  • Deployment of devices and creation of images.
  • Maintenance and installation of audio-visual and IT equipment.
  • Configuration and monitoring of equipment and services.
  • Providing Level 1 and Level 2 user support in response to requests.
  • Supporting and executing IT department projects.
  • Ensuring equipment efficiency and operational excellence.

Working Hours

Choose a schedule that works best for you:

  • 7:00 am - 4:00 pm (1-hour lunch), 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm

Location:

The main site is based in Kensington, offering a central and accessible workplace.
