The HR Systems Manager role
Orbit are delighted to be recruiting for a People Insight and HR Systems Manager to join our People and Strategy team. In this new role, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and optimization of HR data and systems. This role ensures the efficient operation of HR technologies, supports data-driven decision-making, and enhances the overall functionality of HR processes through effective data management and system administration.
This role is part of People and Strategy where you'll help us to build a culture and brand that people want to be part of. This is an agile working role with roughly once per week working from our Coventry office, with additional travel to the office included as and when needed.
