CMM Programmer

A successful global manufacturing business, supplying major OEMs across multiple industries, is seeking a skilled CMM Programmer on a contract basis. CMM Programmer duties include -

• Measuring products using hand-held equipment and CMM machinery.
• Editing and creating new programs when required.
• Identifying and reporting repeating quality concerns.
• Documenting and reporting quality defects.
• Maintaining systems to ensure calibration plans are easily accessible.

CMM Programmer desirable skills and experience -

• Experience in a similar role, e.g., Metrology Engineer or CMM Operator.
• Knowledge of modern manufacturing methods and techniques.
• Ability to operate and program CMM machinery, troubleshoot, and problem-solve.
• Relevant mechanical engineering qualifications (HNC/HND) or training.
• Familiarity with PC-DMIS software and Keyence scanners.
