Role PurposeThe Solutions Architect will lead the design and definition of enterprise-level solutions, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and aligned with business needs. You will work across multiple programmes simultaneously, providing architectural oversight and strategic input while acting as a trusted link between business stakeholders, delivery teams, and technology partners.Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and delivery of end-to-end, high-level solution designs across a range of projects and programmes.
- Define integration patterns and oversee the design of interfaces across systems and platforms to ensure cohesive data and process flows.
- Act as the architectural lead across multiple concurrent initiatives, ensuring consistency and alignment with enterprise strategy.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, business analysts, and technical teams to translate requirements into clear and actionable solution designs.

Person Specification
Essential:
- Minimum of 4 years' experience as a Solutions Architect, with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-level solutions.
- Strong experience designing and documenting high-level architectures and end-to-end solution designs.
- Demonstrated experience working on systems integration projects across diverse technology landscapes.
- Strong ability to balance technical feasibility with business objectives, ensuring pragmatic, value-driven solutions.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills, with experience influencing both business and technical audiences.
- Sound understanding of enterprise architecture principles, design patterns, and governance frameworks.
- Experience working in Agile environments, using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- A collaborative problem-solver who can manage multiple priorities and deliver within complex stakeholder environments.
Desirable:
- Experience with Salesforce and related platforms such as Marketing Cloud.
- Knowledge of Informatica or other enterprise integration and data management tools.
- Familiarity with cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Background in CRM, data, or application modernisation programmes.
- Previous experience within the not-for-profit or public sector.
