This is an exciting opportunity to work for a leading non-profit healthcare organisation. This role is perfect for an IT Service Desk Analyst who can provide IT support to all end users across the organisation. You will be involved in the installation, upgrade and troubleshooting of PC hardware, software, peripherals, and Microsoft operating systems and applications such as O365.
