Business Development Manager - Fire & Security
Location: Glasgow, Central Belt, or Edinburgh
Salary: 40,000 basic + commission (OTE 60,000- 70,000)

A leading fire and security company is looking for an ambitious and driven Business Development Manager to join their team in Scotland. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales, enjoys building strong client relationships, and wants to play a key role in growing a successful business.

• Competitive basic salary of 40,000 with attractive commission (4% on revenue)

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities across fire and security solutions

• Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients

• Achieve and exceed revenue targets through proactive sales and account management

• Work closely with the operations and service teams to ensure excellent client satisfaction

• Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within fire, security, or related sectors

• Target-driven, self-motivated, and confident

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to manage your own territory and pipeline effectively

• Full UK driving license
