IT Support Technician 12 Month FTC

Are you an IT Support Engineer looking to test your skills in a new environment? Would you like to work in a supportive and flexible organisation who will allow you to upskill and learn?

You have the opportunity to join an award winning leader in their field with 5 sites throughout the UK. Working from their Glasgow office on a hybrid basis you will support their office based team alongside colleagues throughout the UK.

Reporting to their Head of IT you will have the opportunity to work independently and with the autonomy to help define processes to prevent recurring incident and issues within their daily tech

The organisation are supported by external software vendors meaning you would be responsible for the support of their infrastructure both on prem and cloud with key tech inclusive of VMware, Windows 11, Office 365 and SQL Server.

The ideal candidate for this role will have existing experience but isn't expected to be an expert in everything as there will be support to enhance your skills both internally and externally through professional study
