About the role:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Data and Funding Manager to join our Management Information Systems (MIS) department based at our Hammersmith Campus.

In this pivotal role, you will lead the Data and Funding Team to ensure the College remains fully compliant with all current funding rules while maximising learner funding across all provision. You will oversee the accuracy and timeliness of funding returns and submissions to external bodies, manage internal audits, and develop data quality assurance processes to maintain exceptional data integrity.

You will also coordinate the administration, maintenance, and development of the College's timetabling and register systems, ensuring they meet funding and operational requirements. A key part of the role will involve supporting the development of the College's student record systems (ProSolution and other One Advanced Systems), ensuring all course and programme data is accurately set up for the start of each academic year.

As a skilled and proactive leader, you will motivate and support your team to deliver high-quality outputs in a fast-paced environment, manage workloads effectively, and promote continuous improvement within the MIS department.
