Who are the client?

Our client is a fast-growing global technology company transforming how internet infrastructure is deployed and managed. Backed by leading investors, they design, build, and operate next-generation network systems that combine hardware, software, and operations into a single integrated platform. With projects spanning across commercial and enterprise environments, they're redefining how connectivity infrastructure is delivered at scale - reliably, efficiently, and globally.

What will you be doing?

As a Technical Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving large-scale network installation and deployment projects through a network of trusted delivery partners. You'll manage everything from site readiness and planning to execution and quality assurance, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest technical standards.

Your day-to-day will involve: Coordinating site surveys, readiness checks, and installation timelines across multiple active projects. Managing delivery partners - onboarding, training, and holding them accountable to performance metrics. Running bid processes, validating scopes and quotes, and ensuring cost-effective delivery. Identifying risks, resolving blockers, and proactively communicating project status to internal and external stakeholders. Collaborating with engineering and product teams to improve systems, tools, and playbooks that scale global deployment operations. Analysing partner performance data to drive continuous improvement in quality, speed, and consistency.

This is a hands-on role at the intersection of project delivery, operations, and technology, offering significant scope to shape how the company scales its partner network globally.

What will you need?

  • 2-8 years' experience in project or operations management within a field-based or infrastructure environment (telecoms, networking, energy, or hardware deployment). Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous installation or rollout projects. Strong understanding of networking, connectivity, or infrastructure deployments (cabling, routers, switches, Wi-Fi systems, etc.). Excellent partner or vendor management skills - able to balance accountability with collaboration. Data-driven approach to process design, reporting, and continuous improvement. Exceptional organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working cross-functionally with engineering, product, and operations teams.

What would be desirable?

  • Experience with telecoms or network infrastructure deployments. Background in EV charging, energy, or smart infrastructure rollouts. Previous exposure to hardware-enabled tech or startup environments. Experience creating playbooks, dashboards, or systems to scale operational delivery.
