IT Support Technician

We have partnered with a manufacturing company looking for an experienced IT Support Technician for a 1-month onsite contract in Bromborough. You'll provide hands-on L1/L2 support across desktop, laptop, mobile, and basic infrastructure systems in a production environment.

• Provide onsite support for users and systems (Windows 10, Office Suite).

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues (desktop, laptop, printer).

• Build and image laptops.

• Support mobile devices (iOS & Android).

• Maintain strong customer service and follow IT processes.

• Prior IT support experience (L1/L2).

• Strong knowledge of Windows 10, Office Suite, and desktop hardware.

• Laptop imaging experience.

• Mobile and printer support skills.

• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
