Technical Support Engineer

I'm looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join a team in Farnborough.
If you're someone who loves solving technical problems, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in delivering excellent service - this could be a great fit. You'll play a key role in supporting our clients, diagnosing and resolving issues, and keeping systems running smoothly.
What You'll Be Doing
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues across hardware, software, and networks.
- Talking customers through solutions and providing clear, professional support.
- Following up to make sure every issue is properly resolved.
- Working closely with our Customer Service and Field teams to deliver a fast, efficient response.
- Helping to improve how we work by sharing ideas and best practices.
What I'm Looking For
- Experience in a technical support or similar IT role.
- Knowledge of networking, cloud, security, or data centre technologies.
- Some understanding of HTML, CSS, and JSON is a bonus.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Someone who's motivated, calm under pressure, and passionate about great customer service.
- You'll also need to be able to obtain security clearance (details provided during the process).
