Security and IT Systems Administrator / IT Support Engineer - SC Cleared Environment

IT Systems & Security Administrator to support and manage a secure MS digital infrastructure environment. This role requires active SC clearance and experience in Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.

Outside IR35.

London with hybrid working.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and configure Microsoft digital infrastructure, including security components.
• Build, issue, and support IT hardware across Windows, macOS, and iOS.
• Triage incidents in Microsoft Defender (Security Center) and Purview.
• Manage device estate via Intune and Apple Business Manager.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on IT services and security matters.
• Review and enhance IT Service Management processes.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• 2+ years in IT support or systems administration (M365 & Azure).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra, Intune, Apple Business Manager, and MS Defender.
• Proven experience with cyber incident response and user device troubleshooting.
• Advanced use of MS Office, Teams, SharePoint, and Power Automate.
