Senior Security Installation Engineer - CCTV/Access Control

About the Role

Our client, a well-established and rapidly growing security solutions provider, is seeking an experienced CCTV/Security Installation Engineer to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled engineer to work on a variety of corporate & commercial projects, installing and commissioning cutting-edge security systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation and configuration of CCTV, intruder alarms, access control, and intercom systems
• Conducting site surveys and interpreting technical drawings
• Fault-finding and troubleshooting during and post-installation
• Ensuring installations meet industry standards and client expectations
• Liaising with clients and project managers to ensure smooth delivery
• Completing documentation and handover reports

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in CCTV and security system installation (3+ years preferred)
• Strong knowledge of IP-based systems and networking fundamentals
• Familiarity with brands such as Hikvision, Dahua, Texecom, Paxton, or similar
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• ECS/CSCS card and relevant certifications (desirable)
