Business Development Manager (BDM) - Specialist & Commercial Finance

London Hybrid (Flexible)

£30,000 -£40,000 basic + £60,000 -£80,000 OTE (uncapped)

The Role

As a Business Development Manager (BDM), you will:

  • Build and nurture relationships with brokers, estate agents, accountants, and property developers
  • Generate new business meetings across the property finance and healthcare finance markets
  • Leverage a large, qualified database of introducers with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Lusha
  • Deliver 50-75 targeted outbound touchpoints daily (calls, emails, social media)
  • Create engaging online content using Canva and ChatGPT to boost brand visibility
  • Develop long-term introducer partnerships that generate recurring revenue.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in outbound business development or sales
  • A background in property finance, healthcare sales, commercial lending, or mortgages (preferred)
  • A confident, articulate communicator who thrives on building relationships
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and not afraid to pick up the phone
  • Based in or near London, with flexibility to attend City meetings
