IT Support Engineer

Second Line Support Engineer

We're looking for an experienced Second Line Support Engineer to join a tight-knit IT team based in Crawley. You'll provide technical support across Microsoft technologies, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and great customer service.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver 2nd line support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
• Administer Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Intune
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Manage incidents and service requests
• Assist with upgrades, patching, and documentation

What we're looking for:

• Proven 2nd line support experience
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, AD, and Intune
• Good understanding of Windows 10/11 and basic networking
• Clear communicator and team player with a proactive approach
