Your experience:

• 2+ years' experience within an IT Service Desk or Deskside support role
• Experience supporting Office 365, Active Directory, Windows 11, and MS Exchange
• Knowledge of hardware support (laptops, monitors, mobile devices)
• Experience in a legal or professional services environment
