Relationship Manager/Business Development Manager - InvestmentsLocation: Fully RemoteContract: Permanent, Full-Time Salary: £50,000 - £90,000 per annum (DOE) + Uncapped CommissionStart Date: Immediate/Flexible Contact: .ukJob DescriptionService Care Solutions are working with a fast-growing international investment business to recruit a Relationship Manager / Business Development Manager to join their Investment Division.This role focuses entirely on raising investment from global markets including the Middle East, Asia, and Europe, working with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs) and professional investors.If you're a confident investment sales professional with a strong contact network or the ability to build one from scratch, this role offers exceptional earning potential, full autonomy, and the chance to join a dynamic and expanding organisation.Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and manage relationships with new and existing investors.
  • Source, pitch, and close new investment opportunities.
  • Proactively develop investor networks across multiple regions
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of meetings, outreach, and pipeline activity.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership to support the firm's strategic growth objectives.
CandidateCriteriaEssential:
  • Proven experience in investment sales or business development (e.g. alternative investments, fixed income, private equity, or similar sectors).
  • Demonstrable success in sourcing and converting HNW or professional investors.
  • Self-starter with a "hunter" mentality, driven by results and relationship-building.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote, performance-driven environment.
Desirable:
  • Professional investment qualifications (e.g. CISI) advantageous but not essential.
  • Experience in one or more of the following sectors: Real Estate, Renewable Energy, or Mining.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Salary: £50,000 - £90,000 (dependent on experience and portfolio).
  • Commission: Uncapped, with higher earning potential for candidates opting for a lower base.
  • Travel: Optional; costs covered for major investor meetings.
  • Equipment: Provided for full-time hires.
  • Office Use: Optional access to Manchester/Cheshire office for meetings or annual events.
Earning Potential:
  • Ramp-up period: 2 months.
  • Established performers typically generate c.£100,000 per month in investment.
  • Annual investment target of £1 million is considered highly successful.
Career Progression
  • Path 1: Move into an Introducer role - higher commission, lower base, full autonomy.
  • Path 2: Progress into Director-level leadership roles for top performers.
