Onsite IT Support Engineer - Southwest London (12-Month Contract)

Location: Onsite, Southwest London

Duration: 12 months

? Hours: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm

Day Rate: £140 - £180 p/d DOE

We are seeking an Onsite IT Support Engineer to join a customer-facing team in Southwest London. This is a 12-month contract, Monday-Friday (8am-5pm), with an immediate start.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st line IT support across a Microsoft environment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Windows 11, Active Directory, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Office applications.
  • Manage file server permissions and assist with mobile device support (Samsung phones & tablets).
  • Act as the first point of contact for support tickets, working efficiently within a small, fast-paced team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IT support within Microsoft environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across desktop, mobile, and collaboration tools.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
