Lucas Kennedy are seeking a talented Adaptive Planning Consultant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a finance professional with strong analytical skills and a passion for technology who is looking to deepen their expertise in Workday Adaptive Planning. You'll be responsible for implementing, enhancing, and supporting Adaptive Planning solutions for our clients across a range of industries.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and support end-to-end implementations of Workday Adaptive Planning for clients.
Gather and document business requirements for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
Design, build, and test Adaptive Planning models including sheets, dashboards, and reports.
Partner with client finance and FP&A teams to streamline and automate planning workflows.
Provide training, support, and guidance to client users post-implementation.
Collaborate with internal Workday and finance transformation teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and best practice development within the Adaptive team.
