As a Contact Centre Architect specialising in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), you will be pivotal in designing and delivering cutting-edge, AI-first contact centre solutions.
Solution Architecture & Design: Lead the architecture and design of Dynamics 365 CE contact centre solutions, integrating AI agents via Copilot to enhance agent productivity and customer experience.
Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients from project inception through to delivery, ensuring solutions align with business objectives and technical requirements.
AI Integration: Implement AI-driven features such as intelligent routing, chatbots, and virtual assistants to optimise customer interactions.
Security & Scalability: Design solutions with a focus on security, performance, and scalability, utilise the broader Microsoft technology stack.
Community Involvement: Actively participate in the Microsoft community through social media, conferences, and user groups, sharing knowledge and best practices.
