Oracle PPM Functional Lead

Our client, a well-established consultancy, is looking for an experienced Oracle PPM Functional Consultant to join a long-term transformation programme. This is a key functional role focusing on Oracle Fusion (Cloud) Projects/PPM modules, supporting the successful delivery of end-to-end solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the functional design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Fusion Projects modules (PPM).

• Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams.

• Conduct requirements gathering, gap analysis, and solution design workshops.

• Support testing, training, and change management activities.

• Provide ongoing functional support and enhancements post-go-live.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as an Oracle PPM/Projects Consultant in Oracle Fusion (Cloud) environments.

• Strong functional expertise in modules such as Project Financials, Project Costing, Project Billing, and Grants (if applicable).

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Experience working in or with consultancies preferred.

Additional Info:

• This role falls inside IR35.

• Initial 6-12 month contract with strong potential for extension.

• Hybrid working - ideally 2 days per week onsite in Reading.
