Job Description

We are looking for Senior Salesforce Tech Lead to jump on board our clients transformation programme, based in London:

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of designing and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions across multiple Salesforce clouds.
  • Partner closely with business stakeholders to capture requirements and convert them into robust technical solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership to the development team-setting coding standards, reviewing work, and ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Manage and coach Salesforce developers, driving professional growth and high performance.
  • Build custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
  • Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs and Middleware platforms.
  • Uphold Salesforce security principles, data governance policies, and enterprise architecture standards.
  • Contribute to CI/CD setup, automation, and deployment activities to streamline delivery.
  • Remain up to date with Salesforce platform updates, new features, and broader ecosystem developments.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience

  • Minimum of 6 years experience developing on the Salesforce platform, including exposure to multiple clouds.
  • At least 3 years of experience leading and performance managing Salesforce development teams.
  • Deep technical knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce automation tools such as Flows, Workflow Rules, Process Builder, and Approval Processes.
  • Proven background in integrating Salesforce with third-party systems and designing APIs (REST/SOAP).
  • Working knowledge of DevOps tools and practices, including Git, Gearset, and Copado.
  • Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I and II required.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including mentoring, coaching, and team performance management.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in agile, cross-functional environments.

This role offers a very competitive salary + 15% bonus
