Software Support

4Square are exclusively engaged by a travel client in Slough, Berkshire to help them recruit a Software Support Analyst/Engineer.

In this role you'll be supporting a number of SaaS/Web/Software applications as well as 3rd party/third party applications covering 1st-3rd line technical support.

Required experience:

• 2+ years in a similar role supporting SaaS/Web/Software application
• Strong Azure Knowledge (Azure Services, Application Insights etc )

This role is working 2 days a week on-site as well as being part of a 1 in 4 support rota.
