You'll act as a key escalation point for complex issues, provide advanced 3rd-line support, and contribute to a range of infrastructure projects across server, network, and cloud environments.
Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-level remote and on-site technical support.
Configure and maintain Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS/DHCP.
Manage virtual platforms (Hyper-V / VMware) and backup solutions (e.g. Veeam).
Support network setups including VLANs, VPNs, routing, and IP configurations.
Assist with deployments and migrations involving cloud and MDM platforms (e.g. Microsoft 365, Intune).
Document systems, procedures, and technical changes.
Collaborate with 1st and 2nd-line teams to resolve escalated issues efficiently.
Strong knowledge of Windows Server administration and virtualisation technologies.
Experience supporting enterprise backup and disaster recovery solutions.
Solid networking understanding (TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
Familiarity with cloud storage and endpoint security tools.
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
