We're offering an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Data Analyst to join our dynamic and growing team. You'll gain hands-on experience working with real data, learn from experienced mentors, and contribute to projects that make a real difference across the business.

Whether you studied data science, maths, economics, or something completely different, if you have an analytical mindset and a curiosity for how things work - you'll thrive here

What You'll Be Doing

As a Graduate Data Analyst, your days will be varied, challenging, and rewarding. You'll be supported every step of the way as you learn how to:

  • Collect & Clean Data: Work with data from different systems and sources, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Explore & Analyse: Use tools like Excel, SQL, Python or R to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data
  • Communicate Insights: Translate complex data into easy-to-understand findings for teams across the company
  • Build Reports & Dashboards: Use tools like Power BI or Tableau to build interactive dashboards and visual reports
  • Work on Real Projects: Collaborate with teams like Marketing, Finance, or Operations to solve business challenges with data
  • Develop Your Skills: Learn best practices in data analysis, storytelling with data, and stakeholder communication

What We're Looking For

We don't expect you to be an expert - we're here to help you grow. If you have the potential and passion for data, we'll give you the tools and training you need to succeed.

Essential:

  • A recent graduate (or soon-to-be) in a numerate, analytical, or problem-solving subject (e.g. Data Science, Statistics, Maths, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Psychology, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and curiosity to dig into the "why" behind the numbers.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and at least one programming or data query language (e.g. Python, SQL, R, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills - able to explain data clearly to non-technical audiences
  • A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a collaborative mindset

Nice to Have (But Not Required):

  • Experience from a university project, internship or placement involving data
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
  • Knowledge of statistics or data modelling techniques
  • Understanding of databases and how data is stored

What You'll Gain

  • Real Experience: Work on live data projects that have direct business impact
  • Mentoring & Support: Learn from experienced data professionals who will guide your development
  • Training & Learning: Access to workshops, courses, and certifications to grow your skills
  • Career Progression: Clear pathways to progress into more senior analyst roles
  • Culture & Community: Be part of a supportive team that values curiosity, creativity, and collaboration
  • Work-Life Balance: We value your wellbeing - flexible hours, hybrid working options, and a healthy work culture are all part of the package

Excellent Company Benefits

We believe your work should be rewarding - in every sense. Here's what we offer beyond your base salary:

  • 25+ Days Annual Leave, plus bank holidays (with the option to buy/sell additional days)
  • Hybrid Working Model - flexible work-from-home options
  • Annual Bonus Scheme based on company and personal performance
  • Professional Development Budget for courses, certifications, and conferences
