What You'll Do
- Craft Intelligent Agents: Design and develop AI agents that automate complex tasks across diverse business areas : finance, operations, customer experience, and more.
- Build Multi-Agent Ecosystems: Develop collaborative agents capable of reasoning, planning, and interacting seamlessly with APIs, databases, and human users.
- Innovate Continuously: Implement advanced memory systems, tool integrations, and feedback loops to enable agents that learn and improve autonomously.
- Deploy at Scale: Integrate your agents into enterprise ecosystems (ERP, CRM, financial platforms) and deploy on cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP with robust observability.
- Collaborate & Influence: Partner with data scientists, product managers, and stakeholders to translate complex business needs into intelligent, autonomous workflows.
- Champion Ethical AI: Ensure your agents comply with regulations (GDPR, financial compliance) and guard against bias, hallucinations, and misuse.
What You Bring
- Technical Mastery: Strong skills in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
- LLM & Agent Expertise: Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral) and agent frameworks.
- Advanced Tools: Familiarity with vector databases, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, REST APIs, cloud deployment, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Domain Knowledge: Experience in one or more business domains such as finance, housing, operations, or customer service.
- Preferred Extras: Degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related fields. Experience with LangChain, CrewAI, Autogen, MLOps, CI/CD, and enterprise systems like SAP, Oracle, or Salesforce.
