• Northamptonshire (Hybrid - 3 days on-site)
• £60,000-£65,000 + Bonus + Benefits
• Must be eligible for UK Security Clearance

Join a specialist engineering and technology company delivering cutting-edge products to support UK defence and homeland security customers. With demand increasing and several exciting programmes in play, they're looking to add a Senior Systems Engineer to their growing team. You'll take ownership of the technical delivery across a range of secure, mission-critical systems.

• Leading the architecture, requirements capture, design and verification of bespoke, secure systems

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to define systems for both new and existing defence programmes

• Creating high-quality documentation and system-level design artefacts

• Supporting the full product development lifecycle

• Acting as a key technical voice in project delivery, helping to shape future system capability

• A background in Systems Engineering, ideally with 5+ years' experience

• Experience across the full development lifecycle

• Ability to lead on architecture, integration and verification

• Confident in producing structured documentation

• A British citizen (or eligible) for SC clearance

• Secure communications, RF Systems, Datalinks or Verification tooling

• MOD or defence customers

• Other complex, safety or security critical systems

• £60,000-£65,000 salary + bonus

• 25 days holiday (with option to buy more)
