As the Software Development Team Lead you will guide a talented development team in delivering high-quality software enhancements, resolving support issues, and driving process improvements.As the Software Development Team Lead you will lay a key role in balancing hands-on technical delivery with leadership responsibilities whilst ensuring that projects are delivered efficiently, to specification, and with excellence.Key Skills for the Software Development Team Lead:

• Proven experience as a Team Lead or Senior Developer
• Strong technical expertise in; C#.NET, Oracle, SQL, RabbitMQ or Kafka
• Experience managing small, agile teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities under pressure.
• Previously worked in large organisations that are going through significant change.
