Your new roleAs an IT Support Technician, you'll be the first point of contact for technical issues, providing responsive and effective support across a range of systems. You'll manage incidents and service requests using ITSM tools, support users with Microsoft Windows and Office 365, and carry out tasks in Active Directory such as password resets and account unlocks. Your role will also involve troubleshooting network and remote access issues, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for staff across the organisation.
