We're seeking an experienced User Researcher to join a large-scale digital public services project. You'll lead research across discovery and delivery phases, ensuring design decisions are driven by evidence and user needs.

Key Details:

• Active SC Clearance required

• Outside IR35

• Remote-first (occasional travel for workshops)

• 6-month rolling contract
