Business Analyst - SAP

Your new companyOur client is in the early-stages of a multi-phase SAP S/4HANA transformation programme migrating from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA and they are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to help lay the foundation for success.Your new roleYou'll work closely with stakeholders across business and IT to understand current processes, identify gaps, and help shape the roadmap for a smooth and value-driven migration.Experience & Responsibilities

• Engage with business units to capture and document current ECC processes and pain points.
• Facilitate workshops and interviews to gather functional and non-functional requirements.
• Support fit-gap analysis between ECC and S/4HANA capabilities.
• Collaborate with SAP consultants and technical teams to define future-state processes.
• Assist in data readiness assessments and migration planning.
• Contribute to change impact analysis and stakeholder engagement strategies.
• Help define KPIs and success metrics for the transformation.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in SAP environments, ideally with ECC and/or S/4 HANA exposure.
• Strong understanding of business process mapping and ERP transformation lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear documentation.
• Experience in early-stage project planning, discovery, and gap analysis.
• Familiarity with tools such as Signavio, ARIS, or SAP Solution Manager is a plus
